I really liked this place - it was big and clean, in a great location for heading back to Virginia Beach. the room was spacious, quiet, and had a nice big tub 🛁.

We had a very nice stay of wedding.
The hotel was located right by the center as well as main Wilmington. The rooms were nicely furnished with a tub, separate bedroom, free WiFi and the breakfast was tasty. The food was GOOD - good choice of options.

They didn't have my reservation details when I arrived at 01:30. Not impressed. Then they didn't have the room I booked, a deluxe suite, available, despite the fact that I phoned ahead, at 2.00 pm local time, to confirm a late check in. They then failed to move my luggage to a deluxe suite while I was at work, as they promised they would. I returned to the hotel to find nothing had happened and then the deluxe suites were all sold out again. When I did get to another room it stank of smoke. When I complained they gave me a mobile number to ring! I did receive some point on a loyalty scheme, I am unlikely to ever use and two beers and two breakfasts as compensation. Overall - hopeless.

Beautifully maintained room
Everything was excellent. Very well maintained building and rooms with a tub. - Nice design. - Location so close to shopping centers as well as restaurants after checking in.

Spacious room with a cozy bathtub, making my stay very comfortable. the staff were super friendly and pleasant, which added to the great experience. the room's lovely decorations were a nice touch that I really enjoyed! 🌟
